Tailor made curriculums

Every curriculum created is specific to your team, the goals you wish to achieve throughout, and the types of theories you want to base your season off

This service offers 3 different types of curriculums. Meso, Macro and Micro. You can buy them individually, or as a pack, to help you as a coach plan your year. Email Grace for more information on what this service offers.

When designing curriculums tailored to you, meso-cycle curriculums typically run between 6-8 weeks. This would be known as a 'block'. 

A macro-cycle curriculum is planning the season as a whole. This would be looking at the season from a 'birds-eye view'.

Micro curriculums are the shortest of them all, this is where we would plan our coaching in a one week block, looking into the the specific details of the week as a whole, and what content we will coach.
