Coach development, learning and support.

This website was developed to support coaches in hockey and other sports. It will serve as a guide or assistance to help you organise, lead and review sessions including a variety of tools such as; curriculums, session plan templates that you as a coach can use to support within your coaching roles. 

As a coach, you will be able to use the resources on this website both on and off the pitch by downloading the tools and PDFs. It will contain sample session plans that you, as a coach, can use in your upcoming session, as well as templates and step-by-step instructions for creating your own. 

This website was developed by reviewing literature, comparing different curriculums/ mental models and existing sessions. Whilst completing my degree, my dissertation was aimed at creating a resource to support student led coaches in university hockey, this allowed me to gain a better understanding on what to include to support coaches with varying experience.
